Treatment FYI
  • A PainFree 'treatment program' refers to therapy done without express goal of educating the client
or giving them organized information to follow at home.
  • The goal is to get them pain free and well.
  • There is no exercise menu recommended.
  • Treatments have been successfully done in a 'physical appointment or phone-in appointment'.

In case of 'phone-in appointment' the client is asked a number of questions throughout the session,  historically  20- 60 minutes.
  • A typical recommendation is to arrive at the appointment into your own location with a phone (speaker phone preferred).
  • Headset is even better.

There should be plenty of space available in your location (your living room or your office or mini-gym).
  • A thick phone book. A yoga mat may come in handy. A fat pillow. Bare feet. Loose clothing around hips and shoulders.
  • Water bottle. A waist belt or a strap.
  • Plenty of wall space to stand a human body with their back on it and potentially arms and hands extended out at the
    shoulder level.
  • A full length mirror. A door that will reflect your body silhouette will do.

You will be asked several times to close your eyes and go global with discovering your body.
  • May be asked how your body weight feels in both feet.
  • What part of each foot seems to be holding the weight more.
  • Several times you will be asked to assess your pain situation on a scale of 0 to 10.
  • 0 being pain free and 10 being the level of pain your body is experiencing at the beginning of the appointment.
  • You may be asked to report on your shoulder elevation/ depression by looking in the mirror.
  • You may be asked to turn your feet inward like pigeon toed or outward like duck feet.
  • You may be asked to march in place facing the wall and come to a stop and report the way your feet look.
  • One may be closer to the wall.
  • Your feet may or may not be pointed straight at 12 O clock, They could be splayed.
  • You may be asked to report the way your hands look in the mirror, Can you see all the knuckles or just some?
  • May be asked which leg is tight in the back of thigh area.
