| General Consult session is geared toward getting acquainted and educating the client in what direction they could possibly go with PainFree programs for their situation Enrollment fees are charged up front for client programs that are continuous in nature. The information needs to carry on from event to event. Distance Charge is Min $25 60 cents a mile both ways Checks due past 7 days incur $25 charge Programs more than $1500 can revert to 70/30 plan with 30% due at half way through Odd hour calls are considered the ones outside normal 8am to 6pm M-F time frame. |
